8 eggs
2 cups of milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. sausage, cooked,drained and crumbled
3 slices of day old bread
1 cup grated cheese

Combine the following:
1 lb. cooked,drained and crumbled sausage, 2 to 3 slices of day old bread crumbs and 1 cup grated cheese.
Mix together the following:
8 whole eggs 1 tsp. salt
2 cups milk 1 tsp. dry mustard
add sausage mixture to the egg mixture. Pour into casserole and refridgerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can be frozen after cooking. Thaw and heat 20 minutes before serving.
